Working Interview and formal interview with Center Director. Chance to talk with staff and see what is happening in classrooms. Got to visit 3 classrooms for about 30 minutes each.

It was a long interview with a tour and a moment to sit and observe a classroom. They asked about prior experiences and a few common questions also asked about my pay and availability.

It’s a two-part interview. First, you meet with the interviewee to answer a few general questions, and if they think you might make a good fit, they’ll move you onto the next phase, which is a “working interview.”

Before meeting with the director, I was given with thick application with basic information to fill out plus, page length of scenarios to answer. The director was welcoming and friendly. She was open to take my availability into consideration.
