Decent start to the interview process, and then after my final interview, the recruiter ghosted me. I had to follow up multiple times to be able to get an update. They were extremely hard to get in contact with. I got multiple "we would love to have you on the team and we want to move you through this process quickly." So, it was a very confusing interview process to say the least.
