You will answer 3 to 5 questions via a video that relate to how you interact with kids and how to handle potential issues that my arise in class. Then you will talk with the hiring manager about your experience with chess and how the job actually works.

Mix of informal and formal questions over video, then a shadowing process at the various schools. The interviewer is also the head coach and was very kind, and the other coaches have been very helpful while shadowing
