Applied online and got a call a few days later. Had a phone interview with basic pre-interview questions and then asked to come in for an in-person interview. Had in-person interview with hiring manager for approximately 30 mins. Majority of the interview was explaining job and responsibilities and if I was comfortable preforming them. Was also asked normal character and preformance interview questions. I was called back the following week with job offer. After recieving the offer you go through their pre emoloyment process. This takes multiple weeks and includes background check, criminal check, reference check, drug test, muscle/skeletal test and a physical. It was an extremely long and drawn out process.

First interview was over the phone and went very smoothly. Second interview was also over the phone and that went great as well. I was asked very average interview questions. Ended up going with the company because they seemed like a good fit.

I received a phone call and email from a recruiting assistant to schedule a 30-min webcam interview with a talent acquisition associate, who then scheduled me for another 30-min webcam interview with an animal care manager. This interview is typically done in person but covid made that risky. Then the company implemented a hiring freeze (because of covid) right after this so we weren't able to finish the hiring process. But both interviewers were nice, straightforward but not intimidating, and asked personality, scenario, and experience questions. When you get called to interview, the employer has already determined that you're qualified on paper but want to see how well you'll fit in the company.
