I was invited to a Recruitment Day at the company. After arrival, I filled an application with some personal and background details, got in que queue and wait until Hiring Manager was available. The interview was with companie's Head and Operations Supervisor (his son). They asked a few questions about past experience and work status and availability for the position and that's it.
