Was asked to go into coffee stand to meet with manager. After some basic questions she pivoted to describing the role and basically said I was hired, and started showing me around the stand.

Super laid back, but I assume it depends on who does your interview. I had no barista experience going into this. They ask the basic boring questions they ask at any interview: what experience you have, what past employers would say about you, why you left, any previous barista experience, etc. They’ll also just talk to you for a bit to kinda get a general sense of your vibe. Go into it with a good reason you wanna work there and passion and they’ll hire you.

The interview process was quick and simple. They asked me
Basic questions not very complex. They are not too picky and mostly give people a chance.availability on weekends is important to them.

She was nice and asked basic questions, would recommend to anyone looking for starting experience! Continent location and was knowledgeable. They didn't have an issue with no experience in the barista world, explained scheduling pay etc
