The interview process was horrible. The three people only cared about asking me canned, scripted questions. They didn't care to ask about me personally. In this position, you should ask about my relationship with the agents I'll be working with, my ability to prospect, ways I've achieved success. And ask about me as a person. What I do in my spare time. Way too canned and robotic.
