The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter, he asked mostly behavioral questions and my thoughts on the markets. Next, I had a phone interview with a junior trader who asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Lastly, I was brought into the Hartford to interview with 2 Portfolio managers, they mainly asked behavioral/fit questions. The process took about 2-3 weeks.
