I first had a phone screening with a recruiter (working for The Hartford). Then I had a phone screening with the hiring manager the following week. Then they decided to fly me down to Hartford for an in person interview with 5 different hiring managers/team members. I was very impressed with The Hartford campus and everyone was very intelligent and nice. I did not get that particular job, but the recruiter kept in contact with me, and found a new role that fit my skill set with The Hartford. I interviewed for that role, and got the job. The recruiter I worked with was very good. The Hartford has exceeded my expectations both from the interview aspect and from the onboarding perspective.
