very tough. the questions were back to back. It felt like it was a two hour interview.I felt like it was a waste of time.They told me the recruiter would contact me in one or two weeks. I was sent an email saying I didnt get the job.It was a bummer considering I had just finished college four days prior.

First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
