Please do not waist your time with this company! ‘Speed dating type interview” this is by far the stupidest process ever. You interview with 10+ individuals at once u have to yell over potential candidates. The training is by far the worst training I have ever experienced the training is “ designed to be unorganized “ . Please use caution and don’t waist your time!!!!!

Very easy, laid-back interview. The recruiter was very easy to talk to and sent information to me about the company so that I would know more important information before speaking to the hiring manager.

Entretien
Short and straight to the point. Very interested in how I would handle day to day responsibilities and how my background knowledge would come into play. Experience seemed to impress them.

Entretien
The recruiter I have been working with has been very informative. She is an asset to the company. The speed interview is an interesting concept. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The Hartford seems like it will be a great fit for me.
