Entretien
Submit a resume, whether you are an internal or external candidate. First interview was with two Directors of Operations which is who the FLM reports too. Interviews lasted anywhere from 1/2 hr. (not good) to an hour (good). next was a second interview either with a Director and one of their managers or possibly the managers one on one. Mostly behavioral questions i.e. in the past how have/would you handle this situation. You also need to "pass" a leadership assessment which is dellivered via PC detailing several scenarios in which you need to respond with what your action would be.

Question 1
Difficult only in that I was an internal candidate so the question put me in a position of possibly throwing some of my potential peers under the bus or questioning the company's methods. We do not feel there is enough coaching being done, by the managers. Why do you think they can not complete their quotas?
