Received a phone interview and it went well . Same behavioral questions etc. I didn't like the speed interviews I feel like it's rushed and doesn't take time to full characterize anyone.

Very easy, laid-back interview. The recruiter was very easy to talk to and sent information to me about the company so that I would know more important information before speaking to the hiring manager.

Entretien
Short and straight to the point. Very interested in how I would handle day to day responsibilities and how my background knowledge would come into play. Experience seemed to impress them.

Entretien
The recruiter I have been working with has been very informative. She is an asset to the company. The speed interview is an interesting concept. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The Hartford seems like it will be a great fit for me.
