I posted my resume and answered the questions on the website. Someone called me a few days later to schedule a phone interview. I was asked the following questions: Describe a time your communication skills helped or hindered you? Tell me about a time you had to deal with change or a setback? How did u handle it? How much is your current salary? Then I was told I would receive an email with a password to take the skills test. It was word problems, grammar and situational questions.

Did a call with the recruiter asking background information. Then had an interview with managers. Be prepared to answer around 20 behavorial questions back to back with no break in between. One will ask you a question and then the other will go back and forth. It was honestly a little brutal. Most of the questions were the same question just worded different ways it felt like, so it was difficult to give a different response each time. Thought it went well overall but received a generic rejection email at midnight three days later.
