Wasted my time with multiple interviews and a take-home assignment that [as usual] took 4x longer than their estimate, before getting ghosted. Other candidates described similar experiences here so I should've anticipated it. Poor communication and a lengthy hiring process that they portrayed as 'quick' in the initial interview. It's probably a blessing in disguise that I never heard back.
