You will have a phone interview where they will ask you basic questions...what is your experience? What are your strengths and weaknesses? It will be someone from Human Resources and overall, it will just be more analyzing what you are willing to do...would you feel comfortable in sales? It is very casual. If they like you, you will go in a for a round of interviews with 4 different people. It is pretty rough at points. Some will ask you scenarios where you have sold products and how you did it. For example: My friend who worked at a department store had to describe selling paint and how she went about convincing the person to get it.

Entretien
First they send you a questionnaire to complete, then a phone interview with an onsite recruiter. After that there is a 2 hour interview including: 30 min shadow, 2 - 30 min face-to-face interviews and then another 30 min phone interview. Everyone seemed very nice. Be sure to give detailed responses and show that you did your research.

Initially, there was a phone interview which led to an in person interview. The interview consisted of a shadowing of the position I was interviewing for, followed by two additional phone interviews in a conference room by upper management and finally a one on one interview with a local manager. It lasted approximately 3 hours. Very relaxed environment.

The first interview was a phone interview. About two weeks later I was invited to an official interview. This interview was very organized. It began with a 30 minute job shadow, followed by a 30 minute interview with the manager that you will work under, then there were two additional phone interviews with someone in Mass and GA.
