applied online, got ghosted then a month later i revived a phone call asking if i wanted to come for an interview on the day. I also got an offer on the same day. (Christmas sales temp)

Ask like 4-5 questions, to get to know who you are, focus on collaboration and teamworking skills. ask situational questions aswell so make sure to practice for them! it did not take too long, i would say it took about twenty minutes all together, and i came fifteen mins early.
