It was pretty much okay. There wasn’t much to complain about it and it’s seem very reasonable and fair. In my recent interview, I had the opportunity to discuss my diverse background as a farmer and a startup founder. The interviewer was particularly interested in my experiences managing multiple farm locations and handling the logistics of transactions, such as purchasing farm inputs, managing labor fees, and ensuring efficient transport. Additionally, I shared insights into my startup, which provides inventory financing for local traders in Nigeria. I detailed our innovative approach to dynamic replenishment and the challenges we face, such as risk assessments and macroeconomic factors impacting agricultural production. Overall, the interview was a valuable platform to highlight my skills, experiences, and the unique aspects of my ventures.
