Unbelievably discriminatory recruiting process. If you are over a certain age (at 30 youre you are considered old by their awful standards) - don't even consider applying; they will check things like your age or weight instead of resume and competence. I personally saw candidates who couldn't form a coherent sentence in English passing just because they were younger, lacking even relevant work experience. They waste people's time and energy by not disclosing their secret "criteria"; this lack of transparency speaks volume about their unprofessional and archaic behavior. It is very sad that they make you feel wrong for being yourself: they overlook great potential employees for superficial reasons. This is 2023, this behavior should be deemed unacceptable. Shame on you, Emirates. After this experience I will definitely avoid flying with them in the future.
