It was a terrible experience for me. I spent 2 weeks planning, and not sleeping well because I was so excited and anxious at the same time, waiting for the big day. I did psychometric tests, i studied all the questions they could possibly ask, and guess what? I didn't even make it through the first stage. It was all a massive waste of time. Your success is depending on ONE recruiter, and a 2-minute talk. I explained that I am a customer services representative, which is the key for this job, I even wore a suit, wore my hair up, put some lipstick, and all that for nothing. I'm not applying again.

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
