The process for me lasted 1 day and a half. The first day, in the afternoon, they introduced the company to us (about 100 people) and at the end of the presentation they took our resumés and we left. While going home, they called and said they wanted for me to go there the next day. So I went there, others were invited as well, and they had us do some exercises like choosing a tagline for the company. We also took an english test. Somehow I didn't get through the 3rd test. It was a great experience non the less.
