It was an open day at a Hotel in Lisbon. The candidates were sit at the auditorium waiting for the interviewer to call them to analyse their CVs. Then, we were asked about our previous jobs and why we wanted to work as a flight attendant

It took very long time. And many people join Open Day. We were devastated by the many candidate join, attendance during the open day. Start at 8 a.m. till the 8 p.m. It went to the next day. The organization was very bad.

Applied online and I got a call from Emirates for the Assessment, When the date draws, we were like 100 people inside the room and they explain the role of CSA, salary and benefits, they checked the height, any visible scar/tattoo and after the group exercise. they will group you in to 3 and they will give each group a picture and have to explain how will you use it for emergency situation. and after the exercise they will give you a small letter that you succeeded on the next level which is the panel interview.
