J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Connor Group (Raleigh, NC) en mars 2020
Entretien
The typical interview process, except it, was 5 steps longer than it should have been. Firstly, I had a recruiter with me through each part of the process. They had me drive into the site (during a pandemic) but all of the individuals performing the interview were virtual. Had someone in the role interview, then a regional manager, then the vp of talent. Overall, it prioritized their time over the candidates and really turned me off to the company.

J'ai passé un entretien chez The Connor Group (Woodstock, GA)
Entretien
I submitted an application for an Area Manager position that was posted. A recruiter called me about “An application I posted for a Manager position.” When I mentioned this to her she literally told me that the Company does not have Area Manager’s, that there must be a mistake and that my background would be suited for a manager position. After reading review after review on Glass Door about this situation happening over and over I declined moving forward in the process. Why would I want to work for a Company that makes me question their integrity before we ever get started.
