      I had been reached out to by The Connor Group via LinkedIn multiple times over the last year or more. I had always been leery because of the heavy recruiting efforts but they contacted me when the timing was right and I decided to go for it. First Interview: Over the Phone. Alot of "Get To Know You" questions relating to work history, experience and a little bit about you as an individual. *At the end of this phone call they immeadiately set me up for a second interview via the phone Second Interview: Also a phone interview. Asked more questions round your organization skills, prioritization and your drive for results. Did ask "what do you like to do outside of work?" You are warned at the beginning of this interview that it is scripted and that the interviewer cannot deviate from the question or rephrase it, but can repeat if necessary. My interviewer cut me off a few times, even when those answers were not long by any means. *They said I would hear back with 24-48 hours and I hear back the next day, in which we scheduled the 3rd interview Third Interview: Interview was conducted on Zoom, similar line of questioning to the first two interviews. Questions ranged from situational to answers based on experience. Was told I would hear back in a couple days from the original recruiter. *Never heard back, reached out to the recruiter who never responded to my message. I would have taken a solid "we've gone in a different direction with our applicant search" email, but not even an acknowledgement. I was more than qualified and while I'm not necessarily disappointed in not being offered position, I do think its disrespectful of a person's time that you pull them halfway through a hiring process yet can't respond to an email they initiated as follow up to those interviews. To me that says a lot about a company or the culture of that company.

      The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

      Entretien

      After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

      First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
