J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Connor Group en mars 2018
Entretien
The interview process was multi tiered. The first step was a phone screen. The second step was a complex list of questions looking for past behaviors handling specific scenarios. The third step was the step I took biggest issue with. Mine was a video interview with an HR executive. It took place on a weekend which I thought was odd for a typical recruitment flow. I was open to the idea though as at the time I was very interested in the company. The interviewer was clearly distracted as he maintained eye contact about 5% of the time. The only time he seemed remotely interested in the interview was when I asked him questions that had directly to do with him. The interview was very short despite me giving specific examples and even elaborating. I received a denial email the following Monday. When I requested feedback and follow up the interviewer promised feedback and then none was given. I have given it over a week to write this review. Very unprofessional behavior from an “executive”.

Question 1
Standard STAR type questions. They want to know about you as a manager and as a person. Questions were all spot on designed to narrow down what kind of person and manager you are.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) en juill. 2025

After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
