There was a great delay between interviews with little communication about next steps. After five interviews and nine weeks, I was told they had decided to rethink the position and would not be hiring anyone at this time. I had the qualifications and the interviews went well. Note: the position had been empty for over a year as it was being re-envisioned which made the disappearance of the job quite circumspect.
