The interview process was lengthy and took several months from start to finish. It took many levels of approval to finally be accepted for the job. It included having to prepare a presentation and present to a panel. I interviewed over the phone and in person.

After an initial screening call with the recruiter, I interviewed with the director - who the role directly reports to. Afterwards I was called in for a second round to interview with the regional director.
