I made it through two rounds of interviews: a phone screening and a virtual interview with two people currently in the program. The second interview seemed to have gone well and the two people interviewing me were open to sharing their experiences. I felt very confident but did not receive an offer to the next step (flying out for an in-person day).

Talk about a time you faced a conflict in the workplace
Completed 2 rounds of interviews, both behavioral and situation-based. Had very difficult time communicating with the HR recruiter, did not respond to any emails and was ultimately ghosted after the 2nd round for weeks.
Finally, received rejection stating “not hiring due to shift in business needs” Not a great process, very inconvenient and waste of time!

Entretien
Did a phone screening and two rounds of zoom interviews whole process overa. month. Tried contacting recuiter multiple times but felt as though I was buggin her. Finally, received rejection stating “not hiring due to shift in business needs” Not a great process, very inconvenient and waste of time!
The interview process was relatively long and culminated in a Super Day in Nashville with the final candidates. The Super Day took 2 days and we followed a pretty packed schedule. We were told decisions would come shortly after.
