A month later, I was invited to complete an analytical test with the hiring manager, which was basically gauging my Excel skills. I was then invited to interview with a senior manager the next week. Two weeks following the interview with the senior manager, I interviewed with the Director. One week after the final interview, I followed up with my recruiter, but no response. The following week, I reached out to my recruiter again, only to find out the position had already been filled. A lot of time and energy was wasted here.
