Interviewed for both AEDP Full-time and Intern positions. Got a 40-minute phone interview with one of the Senior Actuarial Specialist after submitting my online application for a month. Received a follow-up with a 2nd phone interview after 2 weeks. Both interviews mainly focus on behavioral questions, ranging from my experience that displays strong leadership skills, how I tackle difficult problems to the time when I failed. Some questions on testing understanding about healthcare reform and how it would impact Cigna. Overall, the interviewers are quite friendly and patient. Did not receive an invitation for on-site interviews.
