I am registered with Quality Staffing. The representative from Quality Staffing called me and set up an interview with Cigna Healthsprings on August 10 @ 2 pm. There were two female interviewers. The personality of the room was business-like, but friendly atmosphere.

Did video interview with the recruiter , basically just told me about the job and scheduled me second video interview with the hiring manager, it was easy they asked 5 questions , they want you to answer questions using STAR method . Took a week to get an offer .

The process begins with submitting an application and then being sent an assessment. Then reached out to via email to set up recruiter phone screen and then setting up interview with hiring manager.

How do you handle difficulty with patients and coworkers.
Great questions and lots of positive information about the company and job role. I liked the scenario questions. Interview was short and sweet and straightforward. My interviewer was nice and friendly as well.
