J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Cigna Group (Philadelphia, PA) en nov. 2017
Entretien
I applied for the internship at my campus's job fair and got a reply soon after. The first interview was an hour long phone interview with two TECDP associates. All of the questions were pretty basic behavioral questions. A few days after the interview, I got an invitation to their second round interview day. For the second round, we spent 6 hours at the Cigna office in Philadelphia where we listened to presentations from the staff, got a tour of the office, and had lunch. The whole day was pretty stress-free and fun. The main parts of the second round interview were the group activity and the presentation. For the group activity, they split us into small groups and made us work on a fun project together. For the presentation, we presented separately to senior TECDP associates.

Describe a situation where you applied your technical skills outside of school?
I was not that bad. I would say there final stage was almost 6-7 hours. But the actual interview process of that was 45 mins. They spend a lot of time talking about the company and ask you to ask questions to Alumni from your school and current employees.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to learn something in a very short amount of time.
One long day of three interviews and a lunch and breakfast. Kind of like a group interview style but the interviews were one-on-one. I would highly reccomened! It was not that difficult and i think they were more so looking for people who could communicate well
