I applied online and received an email a few days later inviting me to a hiring event. After confirming the time and date that I wanted, I went to the event. There were a group of about 20 of us. We were required to fill out a interview screening sheet and afterwards called into interview. There were 6 to 8 managers in one room interviewing multiple people at one time. The interview didn’t last very long, 15 to 20 minutes. Because I’ve worked in the Medicare field before, this is my only job experience we discussed. About three days later I received a job offer.
