J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Cigna Group en juill. 2016
Entretien
Phone interview with 3 managers coordinated by HR. They asked random "get to know you" questions, which I think were to lighten the mood but just made me more nervous (I probably took them more seriously than intended). Favorite food, what color would you be and why, etc. Then about 4 serious interview questions probing for very specific examples from work experience to illustrate how you handle adversity or a busy schedule. Interviewer openly discussed my Facebook profile. Standard wrap up asking what questions I had. There were pauses throughout while they took notes.

The process is slow. 1st interview is a recruiter screening. It may be another couple weeks before 2nd and 3rd interviews. They ask situational questions eg. tell me about a time when...and they appreciate responses in STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Interviews are often conducted virtually with cameras on.
It was easy panel interview. They were very friendly and the interviewers were coworkers in the team I would be working for. They made it comfortable and easy going with questions that were easy to answer for my level.
Interview process was very intensive: first, second, and group interview. The interviewers on the first and second are associates and third interview was with senior managers. Overall, experience was great.
