      Entretien

      There was an recruiting event at my university where any interested seniors could get an interview. The first interview was one-on-one with someone in the OLP, and was mainly an overview of the resume. He asked some easy questions about experiences, future plans, etc. The next round was an online video interview with one of the directors of the program and a manager. This was a behavioral interview, and they just went back and forth asking basic questions. There were several questions asked whose answers could have been given using the same stories or examples, so make sure to have a bunch of stories ready to tell. A lot of it focused on team settings. The next round is at their Connecticut HQ and lasts two days.

      Entretien

      First, I was offered a phone interview with two current OLP participants. I then had a Skype interview with the program manager and another manager. After quite a bit of time, I was contacted to participate in an interview day at headquarters in Connecticut. I've been lucky to participate in quite a few of these days, and Cigna's was very professional. I liked the networking and dinner in the evening prior to the interview day. The day itself consisted of a group case study, two 1-on-1 interviews, a questions panel for current participants, and lunch. The day was very well organized. My one complaint was all the walking they had us doing around the massive office. Even having guides wasn't helpful because they also struggled to find locations.

      Basic behavioral questions. Be sure to emphasize in your answers that you're comfortable with ambiguity as the locations and assignments are assigned after accepting the offer.

      You will first get contact you through phone then you will schedule web interview. The conference call / web interview will be with a moderator and an interviewer.. then they will then let you know if you move on to the next step which requires more interviews with other members of cigna
