Shift follow, usually on a Sunday brunch (one of the busier shifts of the week), so you/ and the ADO can get a visual of the speed and complexity of the shifts and how you handle the work load.

Entretien
The first interview was with a General Manager and was quite informal, very incisive, fairly lengthy, and very much business culture focused. I then spoke with a HR Manager and finally the Global Director of Operations. The final part was undoubtedly the most challenging, though it was very cordial.

pretty basic. very good impression of company. took the time to explain and answer questions. professional. offered me lunch and food to take home to my family after the interview was over.
