Interview process was longer than anticipated for a traditional restaurant position. Began with an online application. Followed by a phone interview with basic previous experience questions. Was asked to come in for an "in person" which was much more extensive and detailed. Was offered the job and asked to come back for a "pour test". Was in two days later for that and excepted position.
