I saw a help wanted sign in the window, and so I walked in a few days later resumé in hand to apply. After a quick moment, the owner was brought out, offered me some free coffee, and then met with me at a table and interviewed me. It's a very nice place--the only big complaint is they have a very old, non-digital cash register that makes it much harder for the workers.
