This was a panel interview, and involved preparing a lesson plan based on a scenario given at the time of the interview. I was allowed 20 minutes to prepare, and then presented the plan. I had worked for the Manager 5 years earlier, so she and I knew and liked each other. I didn't know the other interviewer, but actually, she was the friendlier one during the interview!
