J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Cavan Bakery (Walton-on-Thames, England) en oct. 2025
Entretien
The interview was quick and simple. I was given some basic maths questions at the start, and asked around 7-8 questions in the process. The role I applied for was explained to me in more detail and it was very friendly.

Cavan has a 2 stage interview process: the first is a sit down interview with a manager asking you questions, then if you succeed you'll be invited to do a trial shift where they assess how well suited you are to the actual work. I didn't get back the first stage so I can't comment on the second. For the sit down interview I was taken into a busy back room behind the main shop floor. Staff were coming in and out to collect baked goods to sell, which was quite distracting, but I'm guessing it was part of the test to see how well I'd be able to cope/concentrate in a busy customer environment. The interview lasted about 20 minutes in total.

How would I prioritise the following tasks: floor spillage, answering the phone, serving a customer who has just walked in?
CV submitted online via email, Cavan Bakery called within a few days and invited to interview at head office. Standard questions asked and mixed opportunities available, a good experience overall.
