Interviews can be monotonous and overwhelming especially when you really want a specific job within a company. However, at The Calico Group the “interview” process was more of a conversation. The recruiter is incredible and really gets to know the recruits to understand how they can best fit within the organization. It was genuinely the best interview I have been through.
