I applied online, and they responded on line to call and set up an interview. I was set up to interview the next day. I talked first to a management trainee and then to the person in charge of hiring. Interview questions were basic (why do you want to work at buckle, what hours can you work, etc.). They said they would contact me within 2 days via email of their decision.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Entretien
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
