The whole hiring process was very quick. A few days after I submitted my application, I had a phone interview with an intern. They asked some pretty basic questions about my interest in international development and my experience in the field. About a week later I had a one on one with the Director. The questions were pretty much the same.

Meet with team over the phone; discuss opportunity with current interns and intern coordinators. They will require a short cover letter and a writing sample. They will then offer a short summer program and, thereafter, give you the option to stay on after the program's end.

Not too bad at all- didn't last long at all. Do basic prep and you'll be fine! Basic stuff e.g. why do you want to work here / what will you get out of it / what qualities do you bring
