Short interview - 5 mins on zoom. Most basic interview questions asked. They take anyone. Slightly strange set up as they didn’t turn their camera on - seemed like an HR formality rather than an actual interview.

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about the Borgen Project? What’s your greatest weakness? Will you be able to manage your time to complete the internship? How will you manage to fundraise the required £400?

Before the interview, you will be invited to complete a Google Docs 'quiz'. Then if successful will organise an interview. Mine was very brief. The interviewer was very friendly. Positive recruitment process.

Very quick conversation and corporate talk. The interview lasted between 10-15 mins in total. The interviewer just wanted to hear WHY I was applying for the role and the questions that were asked centred around this

Entretien
It was a very simple interview. It lasted about 5 minutes and they generally just asked about you and your interest in working with them. The interview was very casual and there weren't many follow up questions.
