Group interview where around 10 of us went into the store and did activities such as making a poster about customer service and trying to 'sell' an item of our choice.

Entretien
It was a group interview and was somewhat disorganised. Applicants were divided into teams to work on different questions of relevance to working for The Body Shop. We were given The Body Shop gift boxes and asked to fill them with stock and then explain the reasons for our selection. We were given ample opportunity to familiarise ourselves with new Christmas stock. It was a group interview with approximately 16 applicants and ran for a little over two hours.
