I received an email after submitting my resume asking for a phone interview. Then I did 2 phone interviews. Then emailed my answers to 3 questions they asked me to answer. Then I had an in office interview. I was told it would be a panel interview with 3 people and would last an hour. It was only 15 to 20 minutes with one person with a tour of the building.
