After that, I was given an 8 paged packet with a number of written behavioral questions that I had to complete and send via mail in my own time. I was told after it was received that I was not a good fit for the company.

First there will be an initial interview or meeting. There you'll be given a booklet with a number of questions to assess your background as well as written communication. If your responses are well-received, you'll be sent to a consulting psychologist for a half-day session where you'll be asked a number of situational and behavioral questions to assess your aptitude and fit for the job and company. Assuming your session with the doc goes well, you'll have a final interview with key management where you'll likely receive an offer.
