I completed the online application process and then was asked to take part in a verbal reasoning test . The next stage was a video interview where I was asked 7 (I think) questions which lasted about 30 minutes - around 1 minute to read and prepare your answer and then 2-5 minutes to answer depending on the question. After the video interview I waited about 2 weeks until I was invited to an assessment center. The assessment center was in Reading consisted of 3 assessed exercises. The day started with a short networking session giving candidates a chance to meet members of higher management, after which there was a competency based interview, a group exercise and a business scenario. The business scenario was the hardest and it focused on delivering bad news to your team, and the assessor who posed as the "team" was purposefully awkward in their responses making it quite nerve racking and difficult. The interview and group exercise were less daunting, and throughout the day we were told just to relax and be ourselves. Everyone on the day was very nice and helpful.
