Apply via the textron career portal, HR representative reached out for a prescreening, then the hiring manager at the location contacted for an interview. Results comes afterwards. Total time about 2-3 weeks.

Very easy, just behavioral questions. Mostly just asking about your reasoning for wanting the job, your hobbies, what drives you, etc. Thankfully nothing technical whatsoever, just make sure you are excited about the job
