You begin with an initial phone call to screen you and to set up another phone interview. After your second interview and if you move on you will have a sales scenario and short essay questions to answer. If they approve of your responses they will set up a Skype interview. Finally they will invite you to the office in Kansas for the final interview

I participated in a video interview, Human Resource virtual video interview, in-person meeting and team lead virtual video interview. Throughout the interview process, I received minimal communication to next steps or what to expect. After being led to believe that I would be a top candidate for the role and making efforts to meet a top executive in-person (last minute arrangements), I was then notified that I wouldn't be moving on. I had to request a call with the human resource individual and program leader to get a bit of clarity and have an opportunity to express my frustrations - these being met with apologies and best wishes.
